How it starts
A short technical assessment first: we read the code, map the risky areas and tell you what we would do — before anyone commits to a larger scope.
Contracting & NDA
An NDA on request, then either a framework agreement for ongoing work or a per-project contract. Rates and scope are agreed in writing before we start.
Communication
Direct contact with the engineers on your codebase, in your tooling, at whatever reporting rhythm suits you. No account manager in between.

Work stays documented and handover-ready, and we bring in specialist partners when a project needs skills outside our own.
