What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- Your name and company name
- Your work email address
- The description of your application and your enquiry
- The technology and, optionally, project size or urgency you indicate
This website sets no cookies of its own and does not use advertising or tracking technologies. All fonts, styles and scripts are served from this domain, so loading a page does not contact any third-party service.
If you start filling in the contact form, what you have typed so far is saved in your own browser (local storage) so that a closed tab, a reload or a mail client that fails to open does not throw it away. That draft never reaches us, is deleted when you send the form or use the "Clear the form" button, and expires by itself after 14 days.
Why we process it
We process your data to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and perform a contract with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, later, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when they are no longer relevant — unless we are legally required to keep records longer (for example, accounting obligations).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Your data may be processed by our email and hosting providers acting on our behalf. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA unless an appropriate safeguard is in place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
